Emotional well-being resources

Veteran Support Line

  • Free 24/7 hotline to veterans, their families and caregivers. Does not have to be a Cigna Healthcare
    customer.

  • Services include resources health, counseling, financial, food, housing, legal and family resources.

Cigna Health Matters Care Management

  • Free nurse advocate to assist in understanding condition(s) and treatment.

  • Care coordination and resources, including benefits and cost guidance, provider coordination, referrals, financial, transportation help and emotional support.

Omada

Virtual coaching program to support weight loss and lower risk for type 2 diabetes and heart disease for eligible members and their families who are at risk.

Behavioral care

Access to mental health and substance use providers - either virtual or in person. Both types of services costs the same.

Pharmacy home delivery

  • Convenient home delivery for medications with online ordering, tracking, and 90-day supply
    options, plus free standard shippping.
