DISABILITY INSURANCE
What is Disability Insurance?
Disability insurance replaces a portion of your income if injury or illness prevents you from working, providing financial security for you and your dependents.
Plan Rules for Disability Insurance:

Coverage through OneAmerica (Employee must be actively at work on the effective date.)

Short-Term Disability: Annual enrollment, no health questions every year. Does not offset for salary continuation, but will offset for workers compensation, or any other outside income.

Long-Term Disability: Annual enrollment, no health questions every year. Benefit is offset by any outside income (Social Security, sick leave, retirement, etc.)
